Your Role
- Manage inbound and outbound contacts (phone chat email) from Nordic-market passengers.
- Handle travel-related queries: bookings flight changes disruptions refunds baggage handling.
- Assist special-service requests such as assistance for passengers with reduced mobility pets families.

Ensure seamless customer experience: timely accurate empathetic.
- Participate in a rotating shift model (including nights/weekends) to support airline operations.
Your Profile

Fluent Swedish / Norwegian / Danish competent English.

Excellent communication and resilience in a travel-support environment.

Customer-first attitude ability to remain calm under pressure.

Valid EU work permit (employment based in Poland).

Travel or airline-experience is beneficial but not required.
