German Speaker Banking Customer Care Specialist Poland

We are looking for a German-speaking specialist to join a major European financial-services centre in Poland. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer care to German-market clients across banking and digital-finance products.
Your responsibilities

Answer inbound customer queries in German (phone and email).
- Support clients with banking matters such as accounts payments card issues online banking and verification steps.
- Guide customers through procedures provide clear explanations and ensure full resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction in internal systems.
- Follow security compliance and quality standards with full attention to detail.

Work in rotating shifts between 07:30 - 22:00 Monday-Sunday.
What you bring

Fluent German (C1) and good English communication skills.

Interest in banking payments cards or financial services.

Strong customer-service mindset patience and professionalism.
- Great communication skills and ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.

Valid EU work permit employment is based in Poland.
