We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions located in Szczecin Poland. This is an ideal opportunity to join a dynamic multilingual team and build a career in customer support for the German market.
What youll do
- Deliver written customer support in German (email chat) for the German market with occasional phone contacts.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing prior interactions and using internal systems.
- Process manual refunds and handle GDPR-related complaints accurately and empathetically.
- Work across multiple systems while maintaining high precision and quality in each interaction.
- Perform full-time on-site in Szczecin working rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday 09:00-18:00).
What you bring

Fluent German (C1) and fluent English (C1) both written and spoken.

Excellent written communication skillsable to clearly explain solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Patience empathy and emotional resilience.

Typing speed of 150 keystrokes per minute solid computer literacy.
- Availability to work full-time on site in Szczecin Poland (EU work permit or eligible).
