You will analyse client requirements implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP finance applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise financial processes improve financial reporting and achieve their strategic objectives.
JOB OVERVIEW
As Functional Application resource mainly responsible to design build & support the SAP-based ERP solutions; lead analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO ICMR area in collaboration with the engagements/clients finance team; connect with teams Conduct structured testing with users automation of solutions; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and deliver quality consistently collaborate with multiple workstreams develop solutions which are cost effective while also meeting user requirements able to progress quickly in a very dynamic and complex environment and also willing to travel.

Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Joint Venture Accounting with required SAP JVA d client Management skills
Good communication skills product module/suite business processes
Have strong experience in Configuration of JVA Modules and Integration with Controlling
Good experience in Finance process and integration with Logistic process.

NPI Process
Net Profit and Carried Interest Profit partners
Partner and Convincing nettings
Creating JVA Master data (JVA Partner JOA JVA etc.)
Ability to perform Asset and Material Transfers
Understanding of integration points of ERP elements (JVA with General Finance Controlling Project Systems and other areas of Upstream business operations)

Hands on experience in SAP S4HANA Finance
Should be familiar with onsite offshore delivery model hands-on experience in understanding the system landscape environments
Should be familiar with Implementations/ Support / Rollout / Training Delivery models. Should be familiar with roll matrix role testing and assist the technical team members. Should be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile models of software development approaches. Communication and presentation skills

Professional and Educational Background
Senior Associate-5-9 years exp.
5 years of experience in SAP S4HANA Finance with minimum 2 E2E implementations Any graduation degree Any post graduation degree CA/ICWA

The candidate must be flexible to travel and ready to support CST/EST time zones as per the engagement.
