Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Leader to oversee end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams manage timelines communicate with stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of all project phases. Candidates with an understanding of Lebanese culture work etiquette and communication norms will be given preference as some projects involve collaboration with Lebanese partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans timelines and resource allocations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor progress and report project status to management.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure project documentation is updated and maintained.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture requirements.
Work closely with Lebanese stakeholders where required.
Maintain high standards of quality and delivery within deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or project leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana Trello Jira etc.).
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
Preference for candidates familiar with Lebanese culture communication styles and business practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in international or Middle Eastern teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certifications.
