Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email or chat.

Assist customers with product questions orders troubleshooting and account issues.

Record interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues following internal procedures.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance KPIs.
-
Work collaboratively with team leaders and trainers to improve processes.
Requirements
-
Native or C2 level Italian.
-
B1/B2 English for internal communication.
-
Customer-service mindset and strong communication skills.
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit.
-
Remote option: a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if applicable).
