What You Will Do
- Handle incoming inquiries from business customers via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information troubleshoot issues and guide clients through solutions

Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently

Keep records updated in the CRM system
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1) and good English
- Excellent communication customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills

Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Comfortable working with computers CRM tools and multitasking

Positive attitude team spirit and willingness to learn

EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is mandatory
