As part of the Data Engineering team you will design and implement scalable data solutions that enhance operational productivity. As a Senior Associate you will navigate complex data workflows mentor junior engineers and uphold technical standards while driving innovation within the team. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with advanced technologies and contribute to the modernization of data processes.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable data solutions to improve operational productivity

- Navigate intricate data workflows and enhance processes

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 4 years of experience

- Migration of legacy ETL workflows to Databricks

- Designing framework-driven ETL/ELT pipelines using Python PySpark Spark SQL and SQL.

- Experience with Azure data stack (ADF Databricks Synapse ADLS).

- Ability to work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and basic NoSQL knowledge (e.g. MongoDB).

- Familiarity with Git workflows CI/CD and writing clean maintainable code.

- Developing complex data transformation workflows

- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams

- Designing SQL Server data ecosystems

- Monitoring and enhancing data workflows

- Applying automated orchestration frameworks
