Customer Marketing Manager BA BMS (Building Management Systems)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to drive the execution of BMS GBE marketing growth plans for Building Automation across this role you will serve as the primary marketing strategist for the BMS GBE leading the development and strategic planning of integrated marketing campaigns that support priority NPIs brands and how these NPIs and brands position into growth verticals.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with the leadership of BMS GBE. This position liaises with the in-country channel marketing team and makes use of marketing shared services for creative and content media and events. You will be responsible for optimizing strategies based on performance insights.

This position is for an individual who has a passion for strategic marketing centers their approach around the business needs for a BMS GBE and delivers measured results through planning and managing impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams driving meaningful marketing outcomes for the BMS GBE and BA Europe in a fast-paced environment.

This is Hybrid role 3 days from Office and 2 days from Home.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BMS GBE leadership team to develop marketing strategies that align with the business and overall BA objectives ensuring that priorities and insights are effectively communicated and integrated into marketing strategies.
  • Define priority campaigns and guide the execution of initiatives across the marketing shared services for creative and content media and events and channel marketing teams in country.
  • Lead in collaboration with the BMS GBE thorough market research and Voice of Customer (VOCs) to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics across various European markets ensuring strategies are adapted accordingly for brands NPIs and focus verticals.
  • Own the development of priority integrated campaigns aligned with the BMS GBE initiatives designed to achieve growth over a defined period delivering a unified message based on target audience
  • Be a champion of the message and storytelling that will drive overall differentiation interest in BMS GBE products software and solutions and encourage targeted prospects down the marketing funnel.
  • Foster strong partnerships with the other functions including Leadership Team Sales and Offering Management acting as an advisor and change agent. Leverage these collaborations to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Embrace and champion an agile working model. Lead by example in adapting to changing priorities and market conditions while maintaining alignment with strategic goals. Track analyze and communicate on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You Must Have

  • 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
