Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Strategic Visionary: Developing and implementing long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies and managing major capital expenditure projects.
- Contract Crusader: Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (H&S Fire Water) negotiating and managing all external service contracts.
- Team Leader: Leadership training and development of the in-house premises and grounds staff teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Extensive managerial experience in facilities management within a large institutional environment.
- Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be 58000 - 70000 per annum) reflecting the independent sector and Inner London weighting.
