Influencer Marketing Specialist BYD France
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance BYDs brand visibility preference and engagement in the French market.
- Identify evaluate and onboard influencers/KOLs across automotive tech lifestyle and premium categories ensuring strong brand alignment.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: brief creation content review timeline management budget tracking and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Social Media PR and Sales teams to ensure influencer content supports product launches campaigns and brand positioning.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging creators to continuously elevate BYDs influencer approach.
- Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing preferably in automotive tech lifestyle or other premium/luxury industries.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube) and influencer ecosystem in France.
- Excellent project management communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
