Job Title: Junior Lifestyle Manager UK Late-Night Shift
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
Schedule: UK Late-Night / Early-Morning Shift (6 PM2 AM UK Time)
Compensation: $1500 USD/month base salary quarterly incentives (2030% of base for high performers)
We are hiring a highly organized resourceful Junior Lifestyle Manager to support ultra-high-net-worth individuals through a fast-paced chat-based concierge service. This role requires exceptional written communication strong multitasking ability and the creativity to manage urgent unique and sometimes complex requests.
This is an urgent hire to cover a critical gap in late-night UK coverage.
Respond to client requests through an in-app chat platform (similar to WhatsApp) with excellent written communication.
Provide luxury-level high-touch lifestyle support to demanding clientele.
Manage time-sensitive high-volume requests with accuracy and professionalism.
Demonstrate creative problem-solvingthink on your feet and operate without a strict playbook.
Coordinate bookings logistics sourcing research and bespoke client tasks.
Handle ambiguous or unusual requests efficiently (e.g. sourcing niche items or arranging last-minute services).
Maintain discretion and deliver exceptional client experience consistently.
Work collaboratively with internal teams while exercising sound judgment under pressure.
Background & Experience:
Experience in luxury service environments such as hospitality concierge boutique travel VIP support or high-touch customer service.
Comfortable supporting demanding or VIP clients.
Remote-work experience preferred.
Skills & Attributes:

Base Salary: $1500 USD/month (firm cap for this level)
Quarterly Incentives: 2030% of base salary for strong performers
