Define and develop user personas user journeys and user flows to deeply understand user needs and behaviours.
Create high-fidelity user interface designs and clickable prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD to communicate design intent.
Lead and participate in user research activities and usability testing applying insights to iterate and refine designs.
Manage requirements gathering to ensure UX design solutions align strongly with client and business goals.
Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge and ownership of the User Experience design process from discovery and research through to design delivery and validation.
Engage effectively in client interaction and stakeholder management presenting design ideas clearly and incorporating feedback constructively.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and other designers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
Maintain proficiency in leading UX design tools and stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.
