To execute on the overall SIL and SIL Claims strategy to manage control and attending to Assessor and Loss Adjustor audits authorizations over-mandate and escalated customer complaints. Perform a mentoring and coaching support function to staff claims call centre service providers and clients on products and technical aspects where specialised knowledge is required in resolving intricate challenges regarding claims relevant to Homeowners Insurance Cover.
