This is a remote position.
The Operations Intern provides first-level support across Raydas operational workflows. The intern supports order fulfilment processes assists with coordination between internal teams and learns the Rayda Radar methodology while contributing to efficiency across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. First-Level Operational Support
Follow up with Operations specialists on fulfilment updates and confirmations.
Support with raising all new orders on the Rayda Platform or Order Tracker.
Raise onboarding and offboarding requests.
2. Notifications and Documentation
Share shipping labels tracking updates and relevant documentation with clients.
Assist in preparing basic reports and fulfilment summaries by providing information for data points.
3. Tracking and Escalation
Track orders from placement through delivery and escalate delays or vendor issues to OperationsLead.
Maintain a simple log of pending tasks escalations and order statuses.
4. Learning and Development
Learn the full device lifecycle fulfilment process across countries.
Become familiar with client procurement patterns and vendor readiness tables.
Gain exposure to customer experience principles and operational discipline.
Requirements
Skills and Competencies
Organised detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Strong communication skills.
Basic spreadsheet (Excel Google sheets or Zoho sheets) knowledge.
Ability to follow structured processes and ask clarifying questions.
Preferred Experience
No prior full-time experience required.
Experience in logistics support customer service or school projects involving coordination is beneficial.
