About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our busy team. You will prepare and bake a variety of breads rolls buns and specialty loaves maintaining the high standards of Bakers Delight.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare mix knead shape and proof dough according to recipes.
Bake breads rolls buns and specialty products from scratch.
Operate baking equipment safely and maintain a hygienic workspace.
Ensure products are consistent fresh and high-quality.
Assist with ingredient management stock rotation and waste minimisation.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production schedules.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Baker preferably in a commercial bakery.
Knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation.
Ability to work early mornings weekends and public holidays.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Reliable team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications (desirable)
Certificate III in Baking or equivalent experience.
