What Does A Supervisor Do

• Opening and closing the store
• Supervising employees including juniors
• Opening and/or closing store
• Handling customer complaints and concerns
• Running a drive-thru service
• Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
• Cash handling and register operation
• Cleaning and maintaining the store
• Leading & motivating the team during shifts
• Ensuring top-quality food & service standards
• Handling customer feedback & ensuring great experiences
• Managing stock opening/closing procedures & cash handling
• Training & developing team members

Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For

• Previous supervisor or shift leader experience in hospitality or fast food
• Positive hands-on leadership style 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Availability for weekends & evenings
• Passion for great food & great service
• Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
• Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
