Provide comprehensive clinical care including medication administration according to personalised care plans
Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
Build trusting genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe clean environment for all

You will also need:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 5 years experience within the aged care sector
A Bachelor of Nursing
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
Ideally you will also have:
Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
