Work Structure:TheSourcingTeam Lead-Indirect & Services will be based at our Houston TX office in a hybrid capacity with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.

Position Overview:Responsible for overseeing and managing procurement& sourcingactivitieswith an emphasis onservicesand indirectwithin the US Region. This role requires strategic leadership strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Professional and organizational leadershipto includefurther development ofour US-based servicesand indirect procurement team.
• Establishment of a services networkwithin the US Region.
• Development and implementation of procurement& sourcingstrategies as well as supporting day-to-day operationsfor theUS Region.
• Collaborate with various departments (EX:services engineering sales) to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
• Develop and implement procurement& sourcingstrategies for indirect goods and services ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitorexisting processestodevelop and implement continuous process optimization measures.
• Preparation of analyses reports and KPI dashboards for a transparentindirect and servicesprocurement portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability and innovation.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms and conditions.

MinimumRequirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain ManagementEngineeringor a related discipline.Masters degreepreferred.
• 3yearsof experience in procurement sourcing and/or purchasing; experience with services and/or indirect a preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
