Job Summary
You will conduct virtual client consultations gather detailed information and guide individuals through personalized solution pathways. Your responsibilities include answering questions thoroughly maintaining an organized workflow and ensuring clients receive accurate and supportive guidance.
You will manage digital records uphold follow-up standards and provide a smooth client-focused experience from start to finish.
