The Role
This job is an opportunity that will continue to progress your business knowledge technical ability and careeraspirations. The AProductLifecycle Management team seeks critical thinkers adept at taking the initiative and working in an environment of ambiguity.This position willbe responsible forperforming data analysisand providing recommendations/business cases for scrap strategy andplanning.
This positionwillbe responsiblefortwo key focused areas:
Blends automation data engineeringandanalyticsacross supply chainsubject matter(inventory demand supplier)and otherverticalssuch as FinancePurchasingand Engineering data
Create and executetransformationinnovations and initiativesacross supply chain and other functionsfocusing on cost optimizations inventory reductioninitiativesand revenue management
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical ability utilizing power automate flows SQL Python Power BI & KNIME to analyze data and create tools to improve existing business processes. This individual will gain an understanding of managing a part through the entire product lifecycle and be provided learning opportunities to CCA Supply Chain processes and data environments.
What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
Develop and install complex connected cross functionalkpis thatmeasuresaccountabilitytimingand business impacts
Create andproductionizereports and toolsleveragingSQL Python & KNIMEthat spans all areas of supply chain
Design and createexecutive-level dashboards and visualizations using various tools such as power bi
Ability to understand impactand gapsof cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle
Taking the initiative to drive necessarychangein existing business processes
Ability to sustain current reporting team specific tools/systems and leading data insights and projects
Lead and support innovation changes on current processes thatunlocksinsights into structural cost reduction opportunities overall budgetimpactand strategies
See opportunities for process improvements and data-driven transformations
Develop strategies that cross multiple organizations and just as important gaining alignment to achieve both customer and enterprise goals
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Data Analytics Logistics Industrial Engineering or related fields (required).
Working knowledge andcross-functionalexperience in Operations Finance IT and or Supply Chain.
3-5 years of applicable work experience based on the above description
Knowledge of data mining/analyticsand tool creation (required).
Experience andexpertisew/ BI SQL Power Automate and Power AppsTableau
Ability todeterminetechnical requirements for tool building through engagements with stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
Stronganalytical and communicationskills in gathering/validatingdata from correct environments andconnecting it/providing supply chain insights and value.
Knowledge of data mining/analytics automation visualization andrelational databases.
Familiar working inside Oracle SQL Developer Databricks or a similarrelational databaseenvironment.
Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicatetopeers & leadership.
Embrace working in afast-pacedgoal driven team with a culture for driving innovation.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across organizations and leadership levels.
Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals.
A curiosity to learn and challenge existing tools and processes.
Ability to simultaneously manageprojectsand meetagreed upondeadlines.
Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting metrics and mayultimately requirefacilitatinga compromise to reach the best solution.
Thorough understanding of supply chain competingkpisto enable a collaborative environment focused on driving results and innovation
Must havedemonstratedknowledge of dealing with ambiguity to handle requestsfrom an ideato quantitative analysis to a strategic proposal
