What youll be doing:

Taking full ownership of compliance across a small but growing business bank
Acting as the primary point of contact for the FCA and senior leadership
Building embedding and monitoring compliance frameworks policies and procedures
Advising the business on regulatory change and compliance risks
Providing practical hands-on support and training across the team

What were looking for:

Solid compliance experience within banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and governance requirements
A pragmatic commercial mindset with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders
