Help us create a better future quicker

  • To work within the Secondary Reinforcement team facilitating and co-ordinating all aspects of the Reinforcement and LV Unlooping programmes.

  • To assist in the collation and reporting of Scheme progress

  • Provide interface with internal stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects.

What youll be doing

  • Day to day co-ordination of programme trackers.

  • Assist to ensure that all projects are delivered within timescales.

  • Co-ordination of field staff/material requirements etc.

  • Required standard of safety quality and environmental management met.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of our operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility

  • Comply with site and workplace audits.

  • Attendance at monthly team meetings.

What youll bring

  • Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies procedures and working practices.

  • Develop working knowledge of health safety and environmental legislation.

  • Awareness of network development policies and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of SPEN Project building and financial systems (PPM and PM)

  • Develop customer service skills.

  • Proactively build knowledge of network and the network management systems.

  • Contract management skills and general commercial & regulatory awareness.

  • Developed negotiation communication and people management skills.

  • Ability to devise solutions to complex problems/ challenges

  • Working knowledge of Energy Networks IT systems.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including PowerBi.

Minimum Criteria

  • Previous experience in a relevant area

  • Computer literacy e.g. Microsoft Office suite

  • Working knowledge of SPEN Project building and financial systems (PPM and PM)

  • Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies procedures and working practices

  • An effective and confident written and verbal communicator

  • Ability to proactively build knowledge

  • Confidence to work unsupervised
