We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with strong residential design experience to support the development of construction documents design plans and project drawings. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of residential building codes architectural standards and drafting best practices. This role works closely with project managers architects and engineers to produce accurate high-quality drawings for new builds renovations and additions.

This role is fully onsite in Longwood FL

Salary: $25-30/hour

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings floor plans elevations sections and site layouts for residential projects using AutoCAD.
Develop and update construction documents based on design specifications field measurements and client requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with residential building codes zoning requirements and company drafting standards.
Revise and finalize plans based on feedback from architects engineers and project managers.
Maintain organized project files drawing logs and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design conflicts verify dimensions and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

3 years AutoCAD drafting experience
Residential CAD drafting experience

$25 - $30 an hour
