Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Location: The Learning Experience River Vale NJ
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines and activities.
- Help supervise children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support classroom learning using age-appropriate play storytelling art and hands-on activities.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness organization and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with children families and coworkers.
- Assist with mealtimes diapering/toileting (as age appropriate) transitions and daily routines.
- Communicate any classroom needs or concerns to the Lead Teacher and Center Leadership Team.
- High school diploma or GED required (minimum requirement).
- Experience working with children in a childcare preschool babysitting or camp setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of basic early childhood practices is helpful but training is provided.
- Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
