The Early Care and Education Program Administrator works as part of a dynamic team to support and optimize the operations that are critical to a thriving Craft3 (ECE) Program. This Program Administrator position specifically supports the development and implementation of program strategies and operational aspects of the BuildUp Oregon Partnership. Under the guidance of Craft3s Early Care and Education Program Director key duties include funding flow support grant agreement administration grant making and lending coordination relationship management and support compliance and 3 is the lead administrator of the BuildUp Oregon (BUO) partnership a CDFI collaborative and impact fund that deploys grants loans and technical assistance into ECE facilities including those co-located with affordable housing. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders and provide support necessary to build out integrate and optimize the implementation of BuildUp Oregon statewide.
This is a limited duration position funded by a BuildUp Oregon grant. Continued employment is contingent upon availability of grant funding. The position is funded at 32 hours a week.
The salary range for this position is $70000- $85000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual pay will depend on experience. This position is FLSA status exempt.
