The Career and Culture Division (CCD) within the Department of Human Resources (DHR) seeks an innovative and visionary Employee Experience Project Manager (Project/Program Manager III) to join the Employee Experience team.
Reporting to the Employee Experience Program Manager the Employee Experience Project Manager will support the execution of Employee Experience initiatives across King County. This individual will support the planning deployment and communications related to employee surveys as well as provide support and consultation to key collaborators as needed.
As a collaborative partner you will work closely with CCD leaders Employee Experience Champions and leaders throughout the county organization to support the development and deployment of employee experience strategies including the annual employee engagement survey. From developing and delivering employee engagement training leading employee engagement action planning and consulting with managers and teams across the organization youll be part of a team cultivating a King County workplace where all employees have the opportunity to thrive.

This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not overtime-eligible. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule every other Thursday comprising a 40-hour workweek normally 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
