Products & Services Quality Manager

Company:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Products & Services Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 777 Roll Around /Traveler team onsite in Everett Washington on 2nd shift.

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability trust teamwork quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10 people onsite in Everett.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulations

• Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

• May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports

• Data analytical skills with Tableau or other business intelligence software

• Manages develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience in an aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment

• 3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

• 3 years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)

• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)

• Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime (primarily 2nd shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
