About the role:
Reporting to the Head of the Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic Business unit the Commercial Director leads the cardio-renal launches starting with baxdrostat to successfully launch AZ industry leading cardio renal pipeline. This includes leadership of all Marketing Sales and launch initiatives including the development and execution of brand strategic and operational plans and lifecycle planning.
The successful candidate for this role will be an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for customer engagement and putting patients first. You thrive in creating new and innovative ways to solve complex business challenges. You play to win but do the right thing and act with integrity even when it is difficult.
