Job Summary
Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design fabrication and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. We custom design and build all our pre-treatment washers dry-off and cure ovens environmental rooms conveyance systems and controls to specific requirements.
We are seeking a full-time creative and meticulous Draftsmanto join our Engineering team.
Draftsman Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Sales staff to create system layouts in AutoCAD
- Facilitates and contributes to the development of system specifications
- Collaborates with the Engineering and Sales groups to change system specifications
- Majority time spent on drawing with AutoCAD software
- A degree is preferred but not necessary with right experience level
- Proficient drafting skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in SolidWorkswould be a definite plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
