This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based in Budapest Hungary.
What youll do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone email live chat and digital platforms.
- Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare quotations track offers and follow up on interactions to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer data in SAP CRM and assist with order progression.
- Promote digital tools and solutions to enhance customer engagement
- Manage customer order changes and interactions with external Sales finance and supply chain teams
Your background:
- 13 years of experience in customer service or a related field (a degree in Engineering or Customer Services is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
- Training will be provided but interest and experience in mechanical / electrical products and applications or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels within similar industries is a bonus
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Our products and applications are technical in nature and while full training will be provided an interest and experience in mechanical/electrical products and applications or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels in similar industries is a strong advantage.
