JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Executive in the context of a major industrial ramp-up within a new highly automated production facility. The role unfolds inside a complex multi-stakeholder environment where digital quality governance process automation and strict industrial standards converge.

The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

1. Tasks related to supporting projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress toward objectives:
- Lead the deployment and implementation of the ETQ QMS.
- Train users.
- Support change management to ensure digital management of quality processes.
- Ensure control of process changes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Coordinate the validation of automated means.
- Lead internal audits.
- Support project production and maintenance teams.
- Provide quality advice and support during deployment and ramp-up.
- Animate awareness sessions on ETQ use and validation of new processes.
- Ensure regular communication on progress and results.

2. Tasks related to supporting projects with rational and data-driven assessments:
- Validate new automated processes.
- Conduct impact analyses.
- Analyze test results.
- Follow corrective and preventive actions.
- Validate traceability in the QMS.
- Follow KPIs linked to automation.

3. Tasks related to supporting projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution:
- Configure ETQ and adapt modules to site needs.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Prepare test protocols.
- Manage documentation in ETQ.
- Structure and formalize quality flows.
- Manage non-conformities.
- Perform quality reporting.

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Engineering degree in quality industrial engineering automation or equivalent technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience deploying digital QMS solutions ideally ETQ in industrial environments.
- Proven background in validating automated industrial processes and managing associated quality requirements.
- Solid knowledge of aerospace-grade quality standards and change validation methodologies.
- Strong autonomy rigor and ability to bring teams together in a project-driven context.
- Comfort working within multidisciplinary technical teams.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Valid single permit for non-EU citizens.
