Pastry Sous Chef at Terre
We are inviting applications for the role of Pastry Sous Chef at our two Michelin Star restaurant Terre in Castlemartyr Resort.
The successful candidate will assist the Chef patron in the effective daily operations of the kitchen managing and developing the team fostering relationships with suppliers and planning the menu.
