Location: Dallas TX
Shift: Days 10-hour shifts (MTh or TuF 06:3017:00)
On-Call: Two Saturdays per month (06:3015:30)

Position Overview
A hospital-based Mother & Infant surgical center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to support a variety of surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills experience in advanced surgical procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced operative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity surgical environment
- Circulate and assist with a variety of cases including:
- Robot-assisted procedures (GYN Bariatric Urology)
- Plastic surgery (Facelift Browlift Breast Augmentation etc.)
- Ensure sterile technique and patient safety throughout all phases of surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia providers and surgical techs
- Support post-operative transitioning as needed
- Adhere to all hospital policies safety protocols and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience in a hospital setting
- Strong competency in robotic and plastic surgery procedures preferred
- Ability to work 10-hour daytime shifts with required on-call rotations
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
