Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a preschool classroom and support assistant teachers with guidance and daily collaboration.
- Establish a warm structured and developmentally appropriate learning space for all children.
- Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum promoting social-emotional growth early literacy math readiness and creative expression.
- Maintain strong communication with families sharing updates and developmental progress.
- Work closely with center leadership to uphold quality standards and support enrollment goals.
- ECE certification required for a Lead Preschool Teacher role.
- Minimum 6 months of classroom experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
- Competitive hourly rate: $21 per hour
