Inviting applications for the role of Vice President- Delivery Lead!
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Vice President Complex Delivery to lead large multi-tower transformation programs across Consumer Goods Life Sciences Health and Retail clients. The role demands strong delivery leadership P&L ownership and a proven ability to drive digital cloud and product engineering transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across CPG Life Sciences Health and Retail industries.
Own P&L responsibilities for portfolios exceeding $15M ensuring profitability operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Implement digital quality engineering frameworks including GenAI-powered accelerators Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) and automation-led operating models.
Drive governance risk management budget control and successful execution of multi-tower programs (technology operations data cloud).
Client Engagement & Business Growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across CPG Life Sciences Health and Retail.
Shape renewal strategies drive incremental revenue and support deal shaping solution design and pre-sales.
Build and scale delivery capabilities across geographies leading teams of 500 FTEs across multi-vendor multi-region environments.
Partner with sales consulting and domain leaders to identify new opportunities and create differentiated value.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Leverage emerging technologies such as GenAI NLP ML predictive analytics automation and cloud-native engineering to optimize QE DevOps and Product Engineering processes.
Contribute to proposals client workshops strategic consulting engagements and industry POVs.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation roadmaps aligned to client and business objectives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated track record in delivering complex large-scale programs across CPG Life Sciences Health or Retail.
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma (DMADV/DMAIC) Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
Experience leading global teams and multi-vendor delivery ecosystems.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive presence.
Preferred Skills
Deep understanding of Consumer Goods (CPG) Life Sciences Health and Retail Proven ability to lead large multi-tower global transformation programs with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Strong command of delivery governance program playbooks risk management and performance measurement.
Expertise in driving agile-at-scale product-centric delivery and distributed delivery models.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L margins SOW governance and large contracts.
Strong experience applying GenAI to QE DevOps and Product Engineering
