The Financial Specialist position within Facilities Management is a highly skilled and collaborative position focused on accurate timely billing of services payment of bills creating budgets and analyzing includes working with a multi-million dollar facilities budget including utilities car fleet and related operations.
This is a full-time benefit and paid leave eligible position. The salary for this position begins at $50000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
In Order to Succeed Youll Need:
Associates degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or similarly related financial field
Must possess a strong focus on conscientious in work quality
Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with multiple variables required
Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Must be proficient in working with expenses accounting and ability to reconcile accounts
Must have a strong mathematical ability/aptitude
Exceptional communication skills required with demonstrated ability to communicate at every level in the organization respectfully and collaboratively in verbal written and electronic format
Must be able to communicate professionally and respectfully with supervisor and staff in support of a collaborative work environment
