Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift: 10 PM 7 AM
Pay Rate: $40$45/hr
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced LPN to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. This role includes monitoring patient health performing routine clinical tasks administering medications and ensuring a safe comfortable care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care (hygiene mobility ADLs).
Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.
Administer medications and assist with wound care and basic procedures.
Collect lab samples and support diagnostic/testing activities.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients families and care teams.
Maintain clean patient areas and manage supplies.
Qualifications
Active Arizona LPN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
