Job Summary
- Lead coach and inspire a team to deliver best-in-class restoration services.
- Manage daily operations financials staffing and performance metrics.
- Partner with ownership and leadership to set sales goals and execute growth strategies.
- Oversee multiple departments (Mitigation Reconstruction Contents Warehouse Administration).
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction reputation management and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with employees clients and vendors.
- Use data and KPIs to drive accountability process improvement and efficiency.
- Leadership: 5 years in management with proven success leading diverse teams.
- Industry Knowledge: 2 years in restoration construction or related field preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management or related discipline.
- Skills: Strong communicator analytical thinker and hands-on problem solver.
- Mindset: Growth-driven adaptable and resilientsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- IICRC certifications a plus.
