Recruitment Onboarding & Change Management Specialist - Amazon Logistics Last Mile

The Recruitment Onboarding & Change Management Specialist will develop and execute comprehensive strategies for attracting selecting and onboarding delivery associates (DAs) while driving critical change initiatives across the network. This role oversees the entire DA journey from initial application through successful onboarding and integration into operations driving improvements that lead to higher-quality hiring outcomes and enhanced retention rates. The position focuses on supporting DSPs with recruitment best practices onboarding processes and change management initiatives for the DSP Program while collaborating cross-functionally with account managers and operations teams to ensure consistent high-quality standards.

At Amazon Logistics (AMZL) our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order. To achieve this goal we work with a network of partners to deliver customer orders. Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking we support our Delivery Station teams to ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination as efficiently as possible.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements
- Project management certification
- Change management certification
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
- Background in training and development
- Track record of successful large-scale change initiatives
Key job responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee end-to-end DSP/DA recruitment pipeline and onboarding processes
- Partner with DSPs to optimize their DA recruitment and onboarding practices
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring quality and retention metrics
- Establish standardized onboarding & vetting processes across the network
- Analyze regional DSP hiring needs
Change Management:
- Lead implementation of network-wide change initiatives and process improvements
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans
- Create and deliver training programs to support new initiatives
- Monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of implemented changes
- Identify and address resistance to change through structured approaches
- Build stakeholder engagement and buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Establish feedback mechanisms to measure change impact and success
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in recruitment process optimization and change management using data-driven approaches to analyze needs and outcomes. They will serve as a trusted advisor to DSPs while maintaining Amazons high standards. This role requires collaboration with Operations leaders Account Managers and Compliance teams to ensure consistent quality across the network.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
