Job Summary
- Realistic earnings $80K-$200K
- 10% to 23% commission rates depending on services sold
- Training guarantee: $1000/week for 4 weeks while you learn our proven system
- 15-25 pre-set appointments weekly from our showroom & digital marketing
- Protected territory includes 16000 to 100000 single-family dwellings
- Company vehicle gas card for top performers
- Health/dental/vision (company pays 75%) 401(k) with 4% match
- Certified Water Specialist training and demo kit included ($2000 value)
- Great rapport building skills
- Valid drivers license comfortable with evening appointments
- Run 4-5 pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers homes
- Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
- Design customized solutions solving real problems (hard water damage contamination)
- Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
