Overview:
The Associate International Retail Partner will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our international franchisee and joint venture retail network. This role provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth coordination of shipments documentation and communication between internal teams and our international markets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and proactive with strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset. Were looking for a team player who is eager to learn build relationships and establish organized processes. Analytical organizational and communication skills are the key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the International Retail Partners team including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and maintaining shared files and databases
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and analysis for internal and partner meetings
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for improved collaboration and process efficiency
- Support team in scheduling and organizing seasonal collection presentations and buys - 4 times/year
- Work closely with the International Logistics & Operations Manager to coordinate global shipments to franchise and JV markets
- Support the preparation review and organization of shipping documentation (e.g. invoices packing lists export/import forms)
- Liaise with internal departments (planning warehouse finance) and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Monitor shipment timelines resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in Excel and internal systems
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate and follow-up with international partners key product deadlines
- Assist with Planning team to consolidate and organize international partner buys by creating key templates and following up on product information
- Own the process of updating product changes from the Merchandising team within buy files and communicating updates to all key parties
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support logistics coordination or operations (preferably in retail or consumer goods)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas data management) and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management systems is a plus
- Passion for creating best-in-class partnerships through strong communication skills
- General knowledge of fashion and performance trends
- Strong business acumen and the ability to maximize value with limited resources
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in navigating ambiguous situations
- Sense of urgency with the ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
The base salary range for this position is $75000 -$80000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. As such on occasion and when applicable there is the possibility that the final agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the companys total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses long term incentives a PTO policy and many other progressive benefits.
