Job Summary

Wonderful opportunity to join this well-run fun entreprenurial real estate brokerage office in this key into an organized office where processes are in place and the exiting employee is leaving on great terms and will be there to help pass the baton to you!Work with a fun sassy team full of genuinely good people with no filter and low egos.

Take ownership for all day-to-day bookkeeping duties including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Billing Account Reconciliations and Commission Processing
Assist with Office Management Duties this is a small office where everyone pitches in and helps out
Prepare key financial reports that show how each broker is performing and how close this office is to their target as the year progresses
Provide industry / MLS reports to the team that provide them with key insights to help run their desk and stay abreast of the market
