Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our founding team. This role can be part-time or full-time and offers real ownership and impact shaping the growth of our product in the agriculture sector.

Tasks

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting farmers cooperatives and agribusiness partners in Germany
Build manage and grow pipelines of farmer and partner leads through outreach pilot projects and marketing campaigns
Organize farmer events demos and campaigns to increase adoption and gather feedback
Collaborate with founders to improve product-market fit based on farmer and partner insights
Track key growth metrics and maintain simple sales and marketing reporting

Requirements

Native-level German fluency and strong English communication skills
Experience in business development sales marketing or account management preferably in startups
Preferably experience in agriculture farmer advisory or working with agribusinesses
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership commitment and ability to work independently
Willingness to work in a dynamic early-stage startup environment
Valid Class B driving license
