Office Coordinator / Producer / Licensed CSR
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Coordinator / Producer / Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a small dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the agencys operations managing commercial accounts and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance excellent communication skills and the ability to seamlessly integrate into a small-town collaborative work culture.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary Options:
- $% commission on new business and 30% on renewals (next month)
- $% commission on new business and 20% on renewals (next month)
- $% commission on new business and 15% on renewals (next month)
- Commission-only option: 30% on new business and 10% on renewals (next month)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service commercial insurance accounts as a generalist.
- Quote new and renewal business using carriers such as Grange Liberty Mutual Ohio Casualty Safeco Kemper Progressive and Western Reserve Group.
- Prepare proposals convert sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with the owner and other team members to support agency growth and operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
- Proficiency in quoting proposals and sales conversions.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Hawksoft software preferred.
- Familiarity with the listed carriers is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to merge well with a small collaborative team culture.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Other Requirements:
- Background check and drug test prior to start date.
