Junior Commercial Lines Account Executive

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of commercial lines experience and a solid understanding of multiple lines of coverage. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior account executives and producers while supporting the servicing and growth of a diverse book of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts under the supervision of senior team members.
- Assist with renewals endorsements and policy issuance.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Support senior account executives and producers with marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
- Review policies and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize agency management software (AMS360) for policy management documentation and communication tracking.
- Coordinate with carriers underwriters and clients to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
- Contribute to departmental goals while upholding the agencys service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience within an agency environment.
- Proficiency with AMS360 or similar agency management software preferred.
- Strong understanding of various commercial insurance coverages (experience with entertainment accounts a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a client-focused team-oriented mindset.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license or ability to obtain.
