Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic one-person shop with significant potential for career growth including the possibility of future ownership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 (on a draw)
- Benefits: While no formal benefits are currently offered the company is willing to cover the cost of benefits for the right candidate.
- 401(k):
Responsibilities
- Drive the production of standard personal lines insurance accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed production goals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges including handling rejection professionally.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently in a one-person shop environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented setting with opportunities for advancement.
