The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team you will lead a top-performing India-based group delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain solutions for US clients. As a Director you will set the strategic direction drive business development efforts and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to shape client engagements mentor future leaders and foster an environment where innovation and excellence thrive.

Responsibilities

- Lead a top-performing team focused on delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain solutions

- Establish strategic direction and drive initiatives for business growth

- Oversee multiple projects maintaining alignment with client needs and expectations

- Cultivate relationships with executive-level clients to enhance satisfaction

- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering

- 16 years of experience

- Oracle Cloud certifications PMP/Prince2 or SAFe credentials advantageous

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
