Overview
Our clients are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 8 years of expertise in leading data migration projects within large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring that goals are met on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects including planning execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders providing regular updates and reports.
- Foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Management or a related field.
- 8 years of project management experience specifically in data migration within large enterprises.
- Proven experience with Waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of data migration processes tools and best practices
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Cantonese and English
