Our Toyota Aftersales team is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Hong this position you will collaborate with a dynamic diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What youll do
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers and visitors providing hospitality in a professional mannerboth in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment scheduling for the service advisor team ensuring readiness before customer arrival
- Answer service hotline calls professionally and conduct booking confirmation calls
- Provide administrative support to the service advisor team
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product knowledge and usage
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and administrative skills along with basic computer proficiency
- Exhibit a CAN DO attitude and collaborate effectively with team members
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority.
- Good communication skills and a strong customer services mindset
- Proficient in Cantonese English and Mandarin
- Holders of Driving License No.1 & 2 will be given priority
We offer you
- Year End Double Pay Discretionary Bonus Monthly Incentive 10 Days Annual Leave 17 days Public Holidays Overtime Paid Medical Insurance (including dependents).
- 8.5 working hours per day 5 days work per week.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm (Overtime work in Saturday base on operation need) Sunday off
